The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences hosted a group of students from National University of Mongolia

Six students majoring in applied science and engineering and one academic staff from National University of Mongolia participated the Sakura Science Exhcange Program, that was administrated by Japan Science and Technology Agency and hosted by Toho University Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences from October 14 to October 20, 2019.

During the program, the group learned the current state of utilization of biological resources in Japan through numerous lectures, field work, as well as site visit to private industries and research institutions outside of campus. Mongolian students also exchanged opinions with Toho students who have involved research in biological resources during the interactive session.
Students paid a courtesy call on Prof. Ken Takamatsu, President of Toho University
Toho University and National University of Mongolia entered into a partnership agreement in 2007.
