This site outsources the operation of some functions and services, such as requests for information materials to an external contractor, in which case, the contractor is obligated by contract to appropriately manage the personal information of users. The President of Toho University has been appointed as the supervisor of personal information management, and each department has its own Personal Information Protection Committee under the auspices of the President.
