Some of the services on this site may collect personal information that could be used to identify an individual, such as name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address, as necessary. The personal information collected will be used only within the scope of the following purposes and not for any other purposes without the consent of the user.

Use of Personal Information
Personal information collected will not be disclosed or provided to a third party without the permission of the user, except as disclosed in this privacy policy. This site outsources the operation of some functions and services, such as requests for information materials to an external contractor, in which case, the contractor is obligated by contract to appropriately manage the personal information of users. The contractor entrusted by Toho University will manage personal information in accordance with the policy established by Toho University and use it only within the scope necessary to perform the entrusted work. Personal Information Management System
The President of Toho University has been appointed as the supervisor of personal information management, and each department has its own Personal Information Protection Committee under the auspices of the President.

Matters concerning the collection, use, provision, disclosure, correction, etc., of personal information; matters concerning consultation and complaints; and other matters concerning the protection of personal information are discussed, and efforts made for continuous improvement.

In addition, Toho University will ensure that all departments and staff that deal with users’ personal information are familiar with this Personal Information Protection Policy.

Safety Management of Personal Information
Personal information collected through this site is stored with the content encrypted (SSL *2) in a safe environment where it cannot be accessed by unspecified users, and personal information that is no longer needed after fulfilling its purpose of use is promptly disposed of or deleted. Toho University records and compiles access logs in order to analyze the number of users and the pages used.
